This filter limits results to a minimum Expression Density as defined by the Allen Brain Atlas. Expression Density is calculated as the number of expressing cells in a given region and normalized by the maximum possible number of expressing cells in the same region derived from a set of ubiquitous genes. Values range predominantly between 0 and 1.
