This filter limits results to a minimum Expression Level as defined by the Allen Brain Atlas. The Expression level for a given brain region is defined as the product of the average pixel intensity for expressing cells in the total area of
expressing objects in that region and normalized by the maximum possible area of expression from
the same region derived from a set of ubiquitous genes. Values are in the range of 0 to 255.
