The coding potential of the target transcript. Transcripts are classified as coding or noncoding using a combination of CRITICA predictions and RefSeq annotations (see manuscript for details). "Unknown" denotes target regions that do not have any associated full-length transcript and therefore have not been classified by the annotation pipeline. "Unmapped" indicates probes that could not be reliably mapped to the genome.
