Sequences in the H-Invitational dataset as a zipped multfasta file

This file contains more than 1700 unique, human, putative ncRNAs from the H-Invitational project (Imanishi et al, 2004). These transcripts all contain ORFs < 80aa and passed several additional filters designed to exclude likely protein-coding genes. Over 240 showed evidence of splicing and/or polyadenylation.
