Enter or paste the sequence you wish to Blast against all sequences in the dataset you have selected. When you click on the 'Blast' button your sequence will be submitted to the Blast job queue and a unique Blast Job ID will be generated and returned for you to check on the progress of the job request. When the Blast job completes you will be shown a page of results from which you can then drill down into hit sequence details
